Attorney Aird can conduct a name search on your behalf, make sure you have a proper registered agent, create your LLC or PLLC, make sure you receive your filing acknowledgement and Articles of Organization, obtain your Employer Identification Number (EIN) for tax purposes, and draft an operating agreement (if necessary). If you need a trademark for your state, we discuss that as well.
